Description
This swivel castor is built for everyday rolling on shopping trolleys, carts and light industrial equipment where smooth movement and low noise matter. It uses a thermoplastic rubber (TPR) wheel with a thread guard to help reduce hair and debris build-up around the axle, keeping the wheel turning freely for longer between clean-downs. The wheel runs on single precision ball bearings to support steady travel and consistent steering in busy, stop-start environments.
The bolt mount swivel frame is zinc plated for basic corrosion resistance and uses an M12 × 40mm threaded stem with a nyloc patch to help the fitting stay secure under vibration and repeated turning. With a 125mm wheel diameter, 32mm wheel width and a 160mm overall castor height, it offers a practical balance of clearance and manoeuvrability. Maximum load capacity is 110kg per castor when installed correctly on a suitable frame and used on appropriate floor surfaces.
