This 15-shelf bakery rack is built to suit 16in baking trays and keep trays organised through prep, proving and bake-off. The fully welded frame helps reduce ongoing maintenance because there are no fasteners to re-tighten, and the smooth stainless steel surfaces are easier to wash down for day-to-day hygiene. With an overall size of 1800mm high × 736mm long × 470mm wide, it provides high capacity storage without taking up excessive floor space in busy production areas.
The Z-base design allows multiple racks to nest closely together when stored, helping free up space between shifts or during cleaning. Tray locking bars help keep trays in place during movement, and trays can be loaded from the front or back to suit different workflows. The rack runs on bolt-on interchangeable stainless steel castors with 100mm high-temperature wheels, making it suitable for hot kitchen environments and simplifying wheel replacement when required. The thicker steel construction is designed to handle heavy commercial use and resist buckling under frequent loading.
