This 15-shelf bakery rack is built for handling 18in baking trays in busy kitchens, bakeries and food production areas. The fully welded frame comes supplied assembled, helping reduce downtime and ongoing maintenance compared with flat-pack designs. With an overall size of 1800mm high, 736mm long and a 520mm outside frame width, it provides high-density tray storage while keeping access straightforward for loading, unloading and staging during prep and baking cycles.
A Z-base frame allows the rack to nest tightly with others when not in use, freeing up floor space in storage areas and cool rooms. Tray locking bars help keep trays stable during movement, and the runners are set up so trays can be loaded from either the front or back to suit your workflow. The rack is fitted with bolt-on interchangeable stainless steel castors with 100mm high-temperature wheels, making it easier to manoeuvre through tight work areas and simplifying castor replacement when required.
