This 4-sided aluminium baking tray is sized to suit busy commercial kitchens, bakeries and food production lines where consistent bake results and easy handling matter. The tray measures 737 × 406mm (16in wide) and is manufactured from 1.6mm aluminium to keep weight down without being flimsy, making it easier to lift in and out of ovens or onto racks during peak prep and service. With four pressed sides, it helps contain spills and run-off, keeping ovens and benches cleaner and reducing mess when transferring product.
The interior sides and base are finished with a black PTFE non-stick coating, helping food release cleanly and speeding up turnaround between batches. The pressed sides are 25mm deep for added rigidity and to support safer stacking when cooling or staging, while also saving space in storage. This tray is a practical option for high-volume use where quick clean-up, controlled handling and repeatable results are needed across pastries, breads, roast items and general tray bakes.
