This 18-shelf bakery rack is built for 16in baking trays and day-to-day use in bakeries, kitchens and food production areas. With an overall size of 1800mm high × 736mm long × 470mm wide, it provides high-density tray storage without taking up excessive floor space. Tray runners are spaced at 86mm with a 75mm runner width to suit common commercial tray formats and help keep loads stable while moving around busy prep and bake areas.
The fully welded stainless steel frame is designed for hygiene and easy wash-down, removing the need for periodic re-tightening that comes with bolted flat-pack frames. A Z-base frame allows racks to nest together tightly when not in use, helping reduce storage footprint. Tray locking bars help prevent trays slipping during transport, and trays can be loaded from either the front or back to suit workflow. The rack is fitted with bolt-on, interchangeable 100mm stainless steel high-temperature castors so worn wheels can be replaced without cutting or grinding, supporting safer handling and longer service life.
