This 18-shelf bakery rack is built for commercial kitchens, bakeries and food production areas that need reliable tray storage and transport. It is designed to suit 18in baking trays and features an overall size of 1800mm high × 736mm long × 520mm wide, with 86mm runner spacing to support consistent airflow and efficient loading. Trays can be loaded from either side, and locking bars help keep trays from shifting when the rack is moved.
The rack is fully welded to reduce ongoing maintenance and to make wash-down cleaning simpler, with fewer joins and fasteners to loosen over time. A Z-base frame allows multiple racks to nest closely together when not in use to save floor space in storage areas. Mobility is handled by bolt-on, interchangeable 100mm high-temperature castors, making wheel replacement straightforward without grinding or reworking the frame, and keeping the unit moving smoothly through hot back-of-house environments.
