Description
Description
This 3t steerable load skate is built for controlled movement of heavy machinery and equipment across smooth, level floors. With a 3000kg safe working load and a swivel platform that rotates on a thrust bearing, it helps operators steer loads accurately around corners and through tight access points during relocations and installations. Four large nylon rollers support stable travel while distributing weight to reduce drag, and the low overall height helps keep the load profile manageable when positioning under bases and frames.
A non-slip rubber top surface improves grip between the load and skate to help reduce shifting during movement and minor floor vibrations, supporting safer handling when inching equipment into final position. The removable 1m drawbar handle provides steering control and makes it easier to guide the skate without placing hands near pinch points. This steerable skate can be used on its own for smaller footprints or paired with fixed skates to support longer or uneven loads, making it a practical choice for workshops, warehouses, plant rooms and maintenance teams moving heavy assets on site.
