This stack and nest crate lid is designed to suit the full range of 32L, 52L and 68L stack and nest crates, allowing one lid to be used across multiple crate sizes to simplify handling and reduce the need to hold different accessories. The lid measures 660 × 425 × 35mm and is made to sit neatly on the crate rim to help protect contents from dust and incidental contact during storage, picking and transport in warehouses, workshops, vehicles and back-of-house areas.
Manufactured from polypropylene, the lid is lightweight at 0.8kg for quick placement and removal while supporting regular daily use. Cable-tie points allow the lid to be secured shut for added security and to help prevent the lid lifting during movement or stacking. The flat profile supports stable stacking when crates are lidded, helping to keep loads organised and reducing the chance of items shifting between locations.
