This 4-piece load skate kit is built for shifting large machinery and equipment across flat workshop and industrial floors, with a 60 tonne safe working load when used on clean, even concrete. The setup uses two steerable front skates and two fixed rear skates, linked with adjustable bars so the stance can be set to suit different load widths and footprints. Each skate has a compact support deck (130mm x 130mm) with a low overall height of 140mm to help keep the load stable while moving or positioning equipment.
For controlled handling, the front skates include a 150mm swivel top to assist with directional changes, while nylon rollers (30mm diameter) provide smooth travel on hard, level surfaces. Powder-coated steel frames are designed to suit tough day-to-day use, and the rubber deck surfaces help reduce slip between the load and the skate during relocation and alignment work. This style of kit is commonly used for plant relocations, machinery installation, and maintenance tasks where even weight distribution and predictable movement matter in tight spaces.
