This polyurethane tyred nylon wheel is a practical replacement wheel for trolleys, equipment and general handling gear where you need a steady roll, a bit of floor protection, and reliable load handling. It measures 125mm in diameter with a 27mm tyre width and a 40mm boss width, making it a common size for light to medium duty castor setups. The ball bearing hub helps the wheel run smoothly under load and reduces effort when pushing, which is useful in busy work areas like kitchens, stores, workshops, schools and facilities teams.
Designed to suit a 5/16in(7.94mm) axle, this wheel is rated to a maximum load capacity of 100kg, with a recommended working load of 80kg for everyday use. The polyurethane tread offers a good balance of grip, wear resistance and noise control compared with harder plastic wheels, while the nylon centre keeps the wheel rigid and stable. It can be used as a direct wheel replacement where the diameter, boss width and axle size match, helping extend the life of existing castors without replacing the full assembly.
