It runs on a 100mm glass filled nylon wheel with a plain bore bearing, suited to hard, smooth surfaces where durability and low rolling resistance matter. The rigid frame keeps travel in one direction, making it a practical choice for fixed-path trolleys and machinery bases, or when paired with swivel castors at the other end for controlled steering.

The unit is designed for demanding day-to-day handling, with a zinc plated finish to help reduce corrosion in busy industrial environments. A welded fork and 6mm thick baseplate help limit flex under load, while the grease nipple allows straightforward maintenance to keep the castor moving freely over time.
