It runs on a 100mm glass filled nylon wheel with a plain bore bearing, suited to hard, smooth surfaces where durability and low rolling resistance matter. The rigid frame keeps travel in one direction, making it a practical choice for fixed-path trolleys and machinery bases, or when paired with swivel castors at the other end for controlled steering.
The unit is designed for demanding day-to-day handling, with a zinc plated finish to help reduce corrosion in busy industrial environments. A welded fork and 6mm thick baseplate help limit flex under load, while the grease nipple allows straightforward maintenance to keep the castor moving freely over time. Wheel width is 35mm and overall castor height is 142mm, providing a stable stance for general heavy duty builds. Maximum load rating is 200kg per castor, with a 150kg recommended working load for more consistent performance.
