Description
This heavy industrial swivel castor is built for equipment that gets moved often and needs to track straight under load. It uses a 100mm diameter nylon wheel with a 35mm tread width and ball bearing hub for smoother rolling and better control when manoeuvring pallets, racks, flight cases, work benches and mobile fixtures. Overall castor height is 142mm, making it a practical choice when you need solid clearance without lifting the working height too far.
The frame is zinc plated for corrosion resistance and uses a thick 6mm baseplate with welded forks to reduce flexing under heavier loads. A grease nipple supports routine maintenance to keep the swivel running freely in busy environments. The directional lock lets you lock the swivel to one travel direction while the wheel continues to rotate, helping long-distance pushing and straight-line tracking; release it to return to full swivel movement. Maximum load is rated to 300kg, with a recommended working load of 200kg for day-to-day use.
