This heavy duty rigid castor is built for equipment and trolleys that need reliable straight-line travel under load in warehouses, workshops, logistics areas, and event bump-in/out work. It runs a 100mm polyurethane tyred wheel with a cast iron centre and ball bearings, giving a practical balance of rolling performance, wear resistance, and floor protection. With a 38mm wheel width and 142mm overall castor height, it suits many common baseplate-mounted frames where consistent tracking matters.
The zinc plated frame is designed to handle demanding daily use and helps resist corrosion in busy industrial environments. A 6mm thick baseplate and welded fork construction support strength and reduce flex under heavier loads, while the grease nipple allows straightforward maintenance to keep the swivel and wheel running smoothly over time. Rated to a maximum of 330kg (recommended working load 250kg), this rigid unit is commonly paired with swivel castors to enable steering while keeping the overall setup stable and predictable.
