Tub Dollie to suit Stack and Nest Crate (TDR002)

This aluminium tub dollie is built to move standard stack and nest crates in busy production and storage areas where hygiene and handling efficiency matter. With a 600 × 400mm internal size, it suits common crate footprints used in food processing, warehousing, manufacturing and retail back-of-house work. The platform height of 115mm keeps the load low for stable transport and easier loading and unloading, while the 300kg load capacity supports moving heavy crate stacks without overhandling.

The unit runs on four swivel castors with nylon wheels to help operators steer smoothly around tight aisles, doorways and workstations on hard floor surfaces. Food-grade HDPE supports provide a clean, wipe-down contact surface where crates sit, and the aluminium frame keeps overall weight down for day-to-day use. An integrated tow coupling ring allows multiple dollies to be linked for towing in a train, helping streamline longer internal runs and reduce the number of individual trips required.
