Returns

Admerch wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with the delivery of your products. If you would like to arrange the return of products, please be aware of the following:

Upon delivery of the goods, you must inspect the goods. Any claim for delivery of incorrect and/or defective goods must be received within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you fail to provide a claim to us in this manner then, to the extent permitted by law, the goods will be deemed to have been accepted by you and you must pay for the goods in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Returned goods must be returned with a Return for Credit Authorisation Number on Admerch letterhead, provided to you by a staff member. To arrange this number and the return of goods, contact the Admerch store on 1300 237 467 or [email protected]

Returns must also include all relevant documentation and the goods must be unused, unmodified and in a re-saleable condition. The product being returned will be assessed by Admerch and if a fault is confirmed then a replacement product will be despatched as soon as possible.

Where Admerch is at fault, the freight cost will be absorbed by Admerch. If the product is found to be free of faults or the products have been returned because they are no longer required, the freight cost will be incurred by you.
